What is CMS?
CMS is an acronym for Content Management System, also called Dynamic Websites. Dynamic Websites are sites created using a database, allowing content updating through an administrative area. These sites can be created from scratch or by use of open-source code like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc. We specialize in WordPress.
WordPress is an open-source code used to create dynamic or CMS websites. WordPress is the most popular CMS code currently and is used to create sites that are smaller, more lightweight.
Once the design of the website has been approved and WordPress is set up, the client is given access to the admin area to modify and/or add content. (Some clients want to and some do not.) Plug-ins are used to add different features to the site, like calendar or rotating images.
